Check in was friendly and timely. Upon entering we discovered a large puddle in the bathroom. Maintainance arrived soon after our call and said he fixed the problem but soon after there was another puddle and they had to come back. There was black mild on the shower ceiling. The coffee maker did not work. The carpet needed to be vacuumed.

It says no pets allowed but service animals are, incuding personal health pets. The room smelled like dog and we were told by management that pets werent allowed must be the carpet only to hear a dog bark 10 minutes later across the hall. Wont stay again.

Check in was smooth. Our room was clean. This morning I went to take a shower at 8:00am and the water was barely warm. My husband showered after me and it was even colder. That’s my only complaint, the water was chilly in the morning! It was super hot at night however.

The room was really nice but there was tons of pesty bugs flying around the breakfast area and all over the juice dispenser. We were swatting them while eating. The breakfast wasn't that great. I tried to close the lid on the oatmeal but the lady working there told me to leave it open which isn't very sanitary with bugs flying around. Coffee was very watered down. We will go out for breakfast next time.
