It was clean everything is new uhh i couldn't book a one bedroom for me in my 4 yr old son so i had to get a 2 bed room all of the bedrooms were booked up lol for someone reason to show u that ppl are struggling in there broke times are hard the Spanish lady at desk who checked me is not very friendly i dont think and she forgot to give me code for internet for my room but the Chinese guy who was infront of me she was extra nice to made sure he was taken care of ask him about the internet in everything

I like that there were laundry facilities. I liked that I was able to get a decent rate for a 1 week stay since my daughter was in a local ICU and this was an unexpected cost for my family around the holidays. Thank you

Lobby is clean staff was pleasant. Vending machine was not working so had to walk to get drinks. No ice machine. Room was clean except for the bed spread which looked old and dirty. No coffee in room or cups of any kind full kitchen with norhing stocked to use it. No kleenex in room. Coffee in lobby in a.m.coffee overflowed from lobby machine and I received 2nd degree burns on 2 fingers from that coffee. Walls are paper thin someone above us was walking back and forth all night ugg. I will not stay here again

No front parking to check in, no hair dryer, iron or ironing board. No coffee pot in room. It’s not a Suite but a regular room with large fridge. When I checked out I found out you have to ask for these things at front desk then take them to your room. The place was convenient and very clean. It was quite different for no front parking at front door to check in. Overall it was a nice place.

The property was clean and neat. There was a problem with my room type, in that I paid for a double queen room and I got a single bed room. The front desk personnel said it was due to booking through a third party and he couldn’t change it. That did not make me happy.

The property was ok; Value for your money. Very quiet, for the exception of one night to be exact November 14th, 2024 at 3am in the early morning hours when the fire alarm went off three times. Also the grounds could use some care!! Apart from that my husband and I will stay again.

Very close to the amphitheater
The proximity to the amphitheater is what always sells me to this location. The hotel is clean, but may have guests that are on extended Stay with large family and dogs. If you work remotely, this one might be tough because the cell signal is horrible.

The property was clean, the front desk agent was friendly and personable, he got my room key quickly and shared what facilities were available as well as the wifi password. I didn’t like that the hallway reeked of food smells, the walls were paper-thin, you could hear the tv in the next room and while the room was clean, it smelled of cleaning products. Not really worth a stay for the price point.

The only problem was the noise in the room next to us. I reported the situation to the front desk, but they continued playing loud television all night which did not allow us to rest properly.
