Overall the property seemed clean, but when we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, we notice it was a bit hot and humid. Our room was terrible, but hotel was booked up so no others to switch too. When we walked in, there was an overpowering smell of mildew,and the air had an unpleasant moist smell about it. Worst room we had ever stayed at, and this morning we both felt sick from the smell. Staff at hotel was friendly and great, but worst stay ever due to the poor quality of the room. Also, we paid thru Expedia, but staff after charging $25 for and expenses, “accidentally” recharged the room through Holiday Inn, an illegal charge considering we had already paid for the room, and never gave an authorization to charge it again from our card. Staff said they were cancelling the charge, however at time of writing this the charge is still showing, so we are pursuing actions to take, possibly legally.

Went for a 2 day trip with my wife. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. There was no one at the desk. My room was downgraded and no one mentioned that. We entered our room and realized immediately that it was not a King bed. We went back to the desk and they said they had no king rooms available and I would have to contact Hotels.com to get a partial refund. The hotel was very understaffed. The same person that worked the desk had to help with breakfast each day. She admitted how tired she was due to being overworked. We are used to a relaxing experience when we travel. This was not relaxing.

Every thing was marvelous and clean the breakfast was good and the young man kept all the tables and counters clean.the whole staff was friendly. We stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times a year.

The hotel was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable. The receptionist greeted me at the door and was very poliet. The room was just like i expected except for the bed. I had 2 queen size beds but they look full. The mattresses was very uncomfortable. The pool was nice.
