Basic hotel within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Plentiful parking. Friendly breakfast staff Quiet rooms cleaned each day, black out curtains, fresh water supplied, free choice of drinks available from common area We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

This is the worst motel stay we have ever had. No elevator made it tough for two seniors to get our suitcases and items upstairs. Should have given us a first floor room. Staff was hateful and you could barely understand what they were saying. Would not recommend. Spend a few dollars more and stay in a nicer hotel.

Cleanest place ever

Check in was smooth and pleasant. Property was nicely decorated with flowers and pictures. Cleaning personnel were always present doing windows, banisters, floors, porch areas etc. breakfast was good and personnel was pleasant and accommodating.

We were given a room with broken furnitures which could've been dangerous for my kid as the drawer was about to fall on his foot. No hot water in shower. Same breakfast everyday. Front desk staff didnt care. No housekeeping on day 1. Overall it was a horrible hotel for the money that we paid. I feel cheated by expedia. I demand a apology from the expedia.

Convenient and walkable. Only complaint was I was admonished by some self important staff person for putting a couple scoops of ice in my cooler to help keep medicine and supplements I travel with cold. Apparently only one scoop is allowed which is ridiculous as after paying $250+ per night I think it's only reasonable that I should be able to get the ice I need. I complained to the manager and he agreed with me. I found out that the hotel sells bags of ice for $8 so now I realized staff was just hustling me to buy a bag of ice...which I didn't need. I just needed the equivalent of maybe a 1/4 of a small bag. Anyway I felt it was a shameful unnecessary hustle of the very tourists that support their town by virtually paying double for everything imaginable. But we all know that's part of the deal when traveling.

Love West Yellowstone

Big clean room, carpet hard, felt dirty. No elevator have to carry bags up stairs 1.5 flights. But was just for 1 night, breakfast was OUTSTANDING!

Broken bathroom door, squeaky shower, charged ice

Arrived to find a broken bathroom door that wouldn't close, the shower made a horrible squealing squeaky sound, they charged $2 for ice and $14/person (children included) for continental breakfast. Room was dirty and out-dated, mattresses uncomfortable and will never stay here again.
