We had a great stay great place great service and very friendly staff. Had a great breakfast every morning as much as you wanted. We Loved that it was so close to Yellowstone Going to Yellowstone it’s the place to stay with out paying inside the park prices

This was a nice place to stay in West Yellowstone for anyone looking for something more affordable that still provides comfort and nice amenities. Although the property is a bit older, it has been well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, our only complaint is that we had very noisy neighbors, but overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The free breakfast was very good. Liked how they had the buffet so you could choose. Also like that employees dished it up. It tasted good and had good choices. About the only thing we didn’t like was the bed was not comfortable. Left us a bit achy. The mattress seemed like it should be replaced.

What can I say. This is a 2-star motel in West Yellowstone. It served its purpose of providing a place to sleep. Price was reasonable compared to the competition. Beds were hard. Water pressure was soft. The free breakfast buffet is only for 2 even when booking for 3. Strange. The breakfast buffet is really 1 trip past the buffet line because you will not be making a second one. The buffet is overpriced at $15.99 for anyone who does not get it free. I'm not saying this place is bad. I'm also not saying this place is great.

First there were no elevators to carry our luggage up to our floor, second there was not a second security lock on our door, third there was no safety mat in our shower and forth, there were 4 in our party but only two of us got to eat breakfast. The hotel said the other two would have to pay 14.00 for breakfast because we booked on expedia even though we were charged for 4 people in our room, and fifth, the air-conditioning had no vent cover to prevent all the dust from blowing back in our room. We will never stay in this hotel again. We were very disappointed. Stay away find a different hotel.

We arrived and no one was a desk to check us in for at least 10 minutes. The toilet in room was loose from floor and wall. Outside picnic tables was following apart. Overall we would not return to this property sorry.
