Was amazing from the first step in. Everything was first class from the check in to the views. Room was spacious with a welcoming atomospher. The locarion is perfect, a quick walk across the street and you have endless food, drink, and a show. Cant wait for the next stay!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Room was good, very comfortable bed, nice city view. Would possibly consider staying here again. Would be even better if there was a microwave in the room as an amenity. Four stars given because the TV service provided is out of date, it's directv cable, local channels only, with no access to allow guests to connect to streaming services such as Netflix even using their phone and private subscriptions. I have stayed at other major hotels, and this is a standard normal feature. For the price of the rooms, this should be a standard feature at a Hyatt hotel, hence the four stars. If this service were available, it would have been a five star rating.

The staff was great. The bartender Christian was awesome! The bathroom wasn't super clean though and the toilet didn't flush properly. Overall it was very nice though. I would happily stay again.

The hotel is listed as 4-star however at best could qualify as a 2-star hotel. The breakfast is not provided by the hotel but a voucher for a restaurant. We booked a room for three people and paid for breakfast however the voucher only covers two people. The food was sup-par that we only used it one day and had to pay out of pocket the other 3 days of the trip. The beds are full size and not queen so does not accommodate the number of guests. There are no drawers or closet to store clothes in the room, so everything was on the floor. The hotel lobby does not provide water or coffee for the guests or any other amenities typical with this star rating. The staff are not particularly helpful. The location is good.

The room was gorgeous and clean, decent amenities in the room as well as in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful when looking for places or items. Centrally located so great places in walking distance.
