Beautiful hotel that offered a great price. It was conveniently located across the street from East 4th. We enjoyed dinner, watched a comedian at Hilarities, visited some bars, and then returned to the hotel. It was the perfect date night! The next day, we went shopping at Tower City.

Beautiful historical building with amazing interior hall for many of the rooms. Many little shops and businesses on the main floor which also is public access. Right by a lot of things to do and see in Cleveland!

Avoid this Hyatt; please. Three (3) solid examples: 1.- the housemaid forgot to place a comforter in the bed; we called twice at night and nothing came the employee did not care at all. 2.- breakfast in-room is served in plastic containers, as if it was a motel and 3.- heating did not wor a night. The arcade is also a very odd place to have a hotel with rooms having windows towards a 1950's mall. There's plenty of other choices in Cleveland. Avoid !
