Upon checking in, there was a woman in the lobby who appeared to be homeless and was going on a rant about something. This made the check-in experience a bit uncomfortable. The front desk staff was polite and checked me in quickly, while I walked to my room I realized that the same homeless woman from the lobby was actually staying at the property and I was placed in the room right next to hers. I wish the hotel worker would have placed us somewhere else.
Throughout the night, she repeatedly came outside her room, appeared disoriented, and yelled loudly at random times. It made it very difficult for my partner and me to sleep and we felt uneasy the whole time. We only stayed one night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I wish the staff had placed us farther away from that situation. I don’t think I would recommend staying here.
