I truly thought the staff was very kind even the management until I made a review on the walls being paper thin, and I was able to hear the nieghbor having very agressive sex. It was not the nieghbors fault the walls are thin. However, my issue is the manager felt the need to come to me regarding my review of the property saying , "please come to management first before making the review". (Backstory I had cancer so I have chemo brain). When she approached me regarding my review, I didn't remember but I did remember calling the office at 3 in the morning about the disturbance. Which means I did reach out before I made my review. Now when I was trying to explain to her about my memory, this woman was so dismissive and she cut me off and acted like she had something more important to do. Before I left that office I told her, her actions deserve a one star. I am a paying customer well with in my right to express myself as long as I am not disrespectful or belligerent. And when paying money I expect EXCELLENT customer service and from this manager, her actions /alone is causing another another one star review. Housekeeping was kind and professional, the desk people were kind and attentive and even maintainance was kind. THIS MANAGER AND HER ACTIONS ALONE cause this property 2 1 star reviews. Now I do not know this lady's name HOWEVER it was NOT the manager named Diane. It was the other female manager that worked on12/29/25 at 11:30 AM.
