I would love to see the TV behind the bar fixed so you can relax and watch some sports. I love that the bar is open til 10pm now. Stephen in the bar is amazing. Even when he is crazy busy he greets you with a smile and gets your drink order asap.

Stay Away from this Hotel
Do not book this hotel. We arrived in the late evening in Boston and then, after waiting a half hour for the shuttle, we were advised when we reached the hotel (which is a good 20 minutes from the airport) that the hotel had no rooms. We had to get back in the van and taken to another hotel, meaning that we did not get into our room until way after midnight, with no food in sight. The staff people said this was a re-occurring situation so do yourself a favor and do not even consider staying at this hotel.

Overall, it was a good place to stay as hotels in this area are very expensive. The shuttle service is timely but bus filled up and it was 30 minutes between shuttles. We had to order rideshare to get back to the airport. The pool was closed during our stay which was a huge disappointment to us. Facility was clean, breakfast good and staff was great.

Check in took long time since they are short of staff. The parking is horrible. Not enough space for the guests checking late so cars parked everywhere. It took me long time to back out my car because one car was illegally parked and did not leave me enough space to back out.

Close to airport and they made an extra trip in the morning to accommodate the large number of people trying to get the shuttle to the airport at 430 am

Worst, not reliable, do NOT stay here.
The check-in person made me feel very uncomfortable. He wanted to keep my credit card and use it himself. He stated "they will credit your card for my purchases, it would help me". We were told that the Hotel shuttle would pick us up at the rental car return area. Even thought, we called the hotel several times (most calls were NOT answered), we had to get an Uber car to take us back to the hotel. This check-in person also told us that the airport shuttle was available continuously from 3:30am. When we arrived downstairs at 5:25am, we were told the shuttle starts at 6 am.

Loved the location of this hotel as far as close to the airport. But it is a super busy hotel but I understand that. The breakfast was above average but were disappointed with the pool and spa not opened. Not the hotels fault but there were not convenient restaurants anywhere near we could walk to without using a Uber or Lyft. The staff as a whole were helpful and friendly and had no problems there. Some upgrading of the lobby furniture could enhance the property somewhat. Think paying $13 for a gin and tonic was alittle much but it is Boston. All in all the stay was ok.

This hotel is very close to Logan Airport and has excellent shuttle service to and from. Clean, comfortable place to stay. Restaurant inside is pretty good with limited hours. Staff in the restaurant were excellent.

The room was certainly not what we booked. We booked 2 people for 2 queens and they put us on 7th floor with 1 king bed with poor quality sheets that didn’t fit the bed. The room seemed like it was set up for 1 handicapped person with a wheelchair. Certainly, not up to Hampton Inn standards.

We arrived in the morning on the day of check in. We knew our room might not be ready which was, indeed, the case. However, we were told that there would be a $50 charge for an early check in. I have never heard of this with a Hilton property. We often choose Hampton properties because we always have a good experience with them and are welcomed with open arms. I also heard them tell another guest there would be a $30 charge for parking (we did not have a car). The floors were not clean in the common areas nor in the room (bare feet were filthy). Other little things such as no cups provided in the bathroom. Not a good experience. Location is also not great as it is just off the highway and no restaurants or stores within an easy walking distance. On a positive note, breakfast had ample choices and was good.
