The main building has had renovations and is clean and modern. The pool was fun and kept the kids amused. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The location was central to a grocery store, restaurants giant tiger etc. The front desk staff were friendly. We were really happy that they are a pet friendly hotel. The cons were not feeling overly safe to to walk around alone. There were a lot of homeless near the hotel. The second building where we stayed, is rundown. The chairs in the room had stains and the carpet needs to be replaced.

The check in folks, cleaners and all staff are Ty friendly and accommodating! Our room wasn’t quite ready so the lady at the front desk called the lady on our floor and told her we were here. Right away she headed to our room to do it up - awesome service!! Thank you guys so much!!

A nice place to stay.
It is a really good place. The fact that is pet friendly, leaves space to smelly carpets, like is the case for the rear side stairway, besides this, it is all worth the stay. Debbie, the front desk is the best example of hospitality.

For people with mobility issues keep in mind there is a second floor and no elevator. Something I will need to keep in mind when I do my bookings in the future. Also, windows are very high so you cannot look outside. If you are a bit claustrophobic it’s important to know. Very friendly staff.

The woman at the front desk was being very rude towards me during check in. There are a lot of homeless people nearby so it definitely doesn’t feel safe. The breakfast had a lot of frozen items that we needed to microwave. Our rooms smelled like smoke and cat pee. Definitely wasn’t a great choice but we were desperate for a place close to our wedding venue.

Check in shows 3 on Expedia but it's actually 4. Room wasn't ready until 4:40. No waffle maker as it was broken. Room was good. Pool and hot tub good.

The room was very clean and the hotel was nicely designed and kept clean and modernized on the outside. We had to walk up 2 flights of stairs however with no elevator and no AC. It was 32 degrees and they had no AC. The sleep was minimal. What a disaster. The fan barely kept us cool.
