Overall it was great! The only couple of downsides were that the kitchen light blew when i switched it on, and the fridge froze everything so i had to thaw the milk before enjoying a morning coffee. But other than that, the staff were great and everything else was great. Thank you!

The place was lovely clean, bed was comfortable, coffee delicious, just had a problem with ants around the kitchenette and carpet by the spa. Couldnt find the spa controls till later. Gave all the plants on the balcony a good watering. Receptionist was great.

For a first time in Whakatane, Tuscany villas were perfect. I was offered a choice between two rooms which was a nice touch. Very close to all Whakatane has to offer and hosts were always helpful to suggest things to do and places to eat. Fish and chips overlooking river was great. A very enjoyable stay
