Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment-One Tree Point

This stylish 2-bedroom apartment is ideally situated to help you enjoy the very best One Tree Point has to offer. Just a 5-minute short walk from Marsden Cove Marina, 3-minute walk to a lovely swimming spot, a short drive from Ruakaka Beach, and minutes from all the best local attractions, everything is literally at your doorstep, and the perfect base for your stay in the Bream Bay area. The space is perfect for both business or pleasure guests and equipped with all the necessities you may need!

A very comfortable, compact apartment, with open plan living consisting of kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge areas, opening out onto the front, undercover, patio area.

Kitchen:
Our compact, but fully equipped kitchen enables you the choice of creating delicious meals or just heating your pizza! There is also a BBQ in the patio area.
We supply instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk along with some of your basic herbs and spices and cooking oil.

Bathroom:
Contains a Shower, toilet and hand basin along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with Queen bed
Second bedroom with Double bed

Living room:
Comfortable sofa, occasional chair and corner seat, along with a Smart TV to log in to your own Netflix account or watch TV on demand.

Patio Area:
Private, with an outside dining table and BBQ if required. Bean bags available and there are PVC curtains that can be lowered if needed to protect against the weather. A lovely little spot to relax with a small garden and pond.

Laundry:
There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment. There is a laundromat 10 mins drive from the accommodation.

There is parking right next to the apartment for up to 2 cars. The remaining parking area is the owners who are in the house at the front of the property.

We manage the apartment for the owners. It is set up for self check-in, and we will always be available if you need us. We live close by and find it is usually best communicating through the booking app or via text messages.
We strive to ensure you have everything you need in order to have a comfortable, relaxing and carefree stay. We are here to answer questions and assist in any way we can, and are always happy to help

The apartment is at the rear of property that also includes the owners home. It is very private however, and you will feel very comfortable in this space. We manage the apartment for the owners, and it is possible that they may sometimes be staying in the other home during your stay. They are lovely and will give you all the space you need.

Mums Trip Down Memory Lane
A very big thanks to hosts & owners of this marvellous unit which we all would highly recommend to others. Mum hadn’t been north for over 6 years so saw many changes in the area as her family had a small farm that is now part of Marsden Cove + it gave her a chance to see family she hasn’t seen for so long

The accommodation was clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable. Very handy to our work sites with shops, takeaways and restaurants all near by. Host communicated with clear instructions on how to find and access the accommodation.
