We love the room and the amenities, however they said they were renovating the day after for the pool and hot tub area and they in fact did it the day before that. We were fortunate that we were leaving and therefore didn’t use it but if we had wanted to use it in the morning we weren’t able to use the pool and one hot tub. We used the sauna, steam room and hot tub otherwise before that and loved it. We genuinely enjoy staying at evolution and like that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the main village.

Rooms were well equipped and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Minor issue with the showerhead where the shower-head kept slowly falling down the rail so it made showering difficult.

Terrible guest service
There was extensive work going on at the property. We were told to keep our blinds closed so that the workers couldn’t look into our suite. There was a worker on our deck when we checked in for 2 hours and again first thing in the morning. He was still there when we checked out. Honestly this is unacceptable when there were other rooms they could have put us in.

Really enjoyed our stay. Dog friendly. Dog bed, dog bowls, treats, poop bag, towel all there ready for when we came in room. Playpen for our baby too. Space was modern, clean and roomy. Kitchen fully loaded. Small shopping area with great shops and plenty of places to walk. Don't even need to go to Village :) Pool doesn't open till 10am which seems a little late.

Excellent property. Rooms were fantastic. Pool hot tubs view area very good. Nice little community where everything is close by within walking distance not far from Whistler Village. Would highly recommend to anyone coming out here. If one complaint, there is a limited AC unit in the main room or cooling that does not do much for the space and especially the bedrooms if you were there when it is warm

Its a beautiful lodge, it would be nice if dogs were kept in a certain level of the hotel only as my kids were terrified. Also, there is no AC in the rooms only a ceiling fan that doesnt have proper controls. The hot tub was amazing but we wish the pool was heated and clean as it was a cooler windy day. And make sure to check your kitchen supplies before using as we found some utensils and bowls unwashed. Overall it was a good place to stay for one night.
