Awesome hotel for a girls weekend. Two bedroom suite and upgraded to a higher floor. Space was perfect. We enjoyed being so close to all the action and yet still able to relax. Great girls weekend!

Greatest location at any season in Whistler. Room was very clean however the bathroom wasn’t. The service was not at all what I would expect at a Pan Pacific. The valet parking wasn’t inexpensive and had to wait almost a full 30 minutes for my vehicle to be retrieved .

We felt welcome the moment we drove up to the hotel! The valet parking attendant was so friendly & accommodating, the front desk staff outstanding in their friendliness & helpfulness! Our room was lovely, clean, bed was comfortable. Overall the room had all the creature comforts we required! Our only issue was the sign by the pool saying wet floor. The sign should have been inside in the walkway leading to the weight room. The laminate floor was very slippery & my wife took a fairly significant fall. Luckily no broken bones but some bruised pride for sure! Overall an awesome visit & we will definitely return.

Overall Excellent!
Great stay at the Pan Pacific M tainside in Whistler. Service throughout was very attentive, friendly and professional. Resort location is fantastic. Cleaner than clean! Pool area is great for kids and adults. Older resort so new carpets would be welcome but overall an excellent stay.

We had a great stay. Easy walking access to lots of shopping and restaurants. The pub in the hotel was excellent, with a nice outside patio. And we especially liked the free parking since we were driving an electric car!
