Great location in the village and walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly and check in was easy. Our room and the hotel were also very clean. The property and rooms are a bit run down though, it didn’t bother us much as we barely spent time in the hotel, it was just a place to sleep, but it could use an update.

The property is definitely outdated. Our room was spacious and clean at least. Upon check-in I was not told about the overnight parking fee, I found out when checking out. A bit ridiculous considering there were almost no other cars in the lot. I can’t say I would come back but it was alright for the time being.

We stayed one night at Pinnacle Hotel in Whistler. The location was great, and the amenities like the fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and private hot tub were definitely highlights. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall comfort level was disappointing. The bed was extremely firm and made it hard to sleep well. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough, which was a letdown, especially on a chilly night. In the morning, we were woken up early by a housekeeping staff member speaking loudly on the phone in the hallway — quite disruptive. The hotel feels old and is definitely in need of renovations. Overall, it was a mixed experience — some charming features, but not quite the restful stay we had hoped for.
