We stayed one night at Pinnacle Hotel in Whistler. The location was great, and the amenities like the fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and private hot tub were definitely highlights. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall comfort level was disappointing. The bed was extremely firm and made it hard to sleep well. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough, which was a letdown, especially on a chilly night. In the morning, we were woken up early by a housekeeping staff member speaking loudly on the phone in the hallway — quite disruptive. The hotel feels old and is definitely in need of renovations. Overall, it was a mixed experience — some charming features, but not quite the restful stay we had hoped for.

Room is cozy, quiet, and nice and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking could use some updating. Spots are too small to accommodate today's larger vehicles. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle and would stay here again and recommend it for your stay in Whistler, BC.

Rooms are nice (not brand new but fine) and have a gas fire so good for cold weather - couldn’t find air con though so not sure how it goes in summer, thank goodness we worked out how to open the window. The outdoor spa and heated pool were great and the hotel supplies towels, bathrobes to use for it so that was a nice touch. It is in walking distance to all of the Whistler central facilities and restaurants. We would stay again. (Note: parking is an additional $25 per 24 hrs)

This hotel was such a welcome stay after some sketchy hotels in downtown Vancouver. Everything about our stay was lovely - the extremely helpful and friendly staff, the layout and facilities of our room ( it had a small kitchen!!) and the views were so nice. Whistler is a quaint spot to begin with, and it's great to be in a not-too-large hotel, with personality and charm. Highly recommend!

Front desk staff very attentive and friendly, Houekeeping - clean room - froendly housekeeping staff. Room a little smaller than a Holiday Inn Express, but adequate. Likes; couch in room as well as kitchenette and dining space. Both shower abd in room jacuzzi bath plus fireplace. Internet works great. CON : TV is basic you cannot cast from your smartphone.
