When I got to the room it seemed nice but then I went to take a shower and the shower head nearly came off of the post. I had to tighten it on and then went to close the door and noticed the door dragged on the floor when I looked to see why it looked like someone added on a piece of wood to the bottom of the door. The breakfast serving area was very congested on both days we used it, everyone was constantly in everyone else’s way and just made it a frustrating experience for all involved. I also wasn’t a fan of someone bringing their dog to the breakfast serving area. In the parking lot outside there were entire sheets of ice all over making it dangerous to get in and out of the cars. The side walks were clear but in the parking stalls it had excessive amounts of ice that were there for over 48 hours. The convenience store was also nearly empty when we tried to buy some drinks and snacks so we ended up having to drive to a gas station instead. Just seemed to be an overall poor experience this time was our second time here but questioning if we will continue to use the location after this experience

Exactly the home base we needed.
Very comfortable. Convenient location, breakfast better than most. Lots of washers/dryers. Being able to close bedroom door meant know D's could sleep on pull out sofa without listening to adults snore. Kitchen in room with fridge super helpful for our 3 day stay. Very close to Wegmans for all the snacks.

Decent but on multi night stay there was no service at all in the rooms. No new towels, bed made nothing. Freezer in the room didn't really work and food was not staying frozen and fridge did not really keep waters cold. Little disappointed for a Hyatt.

Wonderful staff. Clean hotel. Good room. No A/c -maintenance saying coldest you can make the room is 75 degrees. Did not sleep well at all. No Wifi - could not work and respond to important work related emergency. Hotel said won't be fixed till Monday. Someone should give me a refund for the stay whether Expedia or Hyatt House.
