Unwind and relax in your own newly renovated and refurbished townhouse, ideally nestled on the hillside between the Marina and the Resort. Complete with complimentary golf buggy and airport transfers.

NOTE: As at 21 February 2025 - Due to the unprecedented high rainfall recently, the Sunset Waters complex pool has sustained damage and is currently closed while the body corporate awaits repairs through their insurance company. At this time, we do not have a timeframe for repairs

There are several other beautiful pools on the island available for your enjoyment, including the Sails Pool, the Bougainvillea Pool, and the Main Pool at the Hamilton Island Resort Centre, all of which offer fantastic facilities and stunning surroundings.

So beautiful
We loved this unit it’s had a gorgeous renovation recently I think it was so fresh and clean and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for comfort and spreading out. The deck is so gorgeous and the best one of all the units. We loved this thanks so much all for a wonderful stay :) :)
