I was assigned to a bed bug infested room. Found them when I pulled back the sheets. I now have bites on my wrists and neck and shoulders. They apparently have been trying to exterminate them. I did take the bugs I found to the desk. A nice place and employees but a horrid experience esp since I just had surgery. I would not stay there!!!

Bed bugs. Visible & I got bites but they are trying to exterminate them. I just had surgery so that made it even worse. Most of the employees were very accommodating but the issue was def a problem. 🙁

Not bad for just passing through
The service was great, very friendly and helpful. There was a weird smell throughout the hotel and in the rooms, which was very different and still dont know what it was. The breakfast was for kids only. Warmed up breakfast sandwiches, warmed up eggs, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Things kids would only eat. Also, we were on the third floor and the elevator was very noisy and stopped hard at the top, we were very uneasy about that. The room was not bad. We had a queen size bed with a living room. The air conditioner was not very good at all, my son and i almost slipped in thr bathtub. So I put a towel in their so we didnt fall, and the smell was in there as well. The bed was great. Also, the breakfast area was very small and families with little kids were running around and making it very hard to move. I just dont know if my family would stay there again.
