This beautiful bayside four bedroom, two bathroom, second level unit is a truly unique find accepting reservations with a three night minimum during the peak of the Summer Season. Located just three and a half blocks from the free Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, this unit is a great economical opportunity to spend a weekend at the Shore. An additional advantage of this vacation rental is the adjoining door with the connected unit located in the kitchen. For larger parties reserving both units, guests would be able to pass through either side with ease. *See VRBO ID Number: 7513094* The property owner(s) have worked hard to deep clean and update the property during the winters of 2021 & 2022. Alleviate any parking concerns with onsite parking for two cars in the parking spots directly out front of the unit entry, or free street parking on Oak Ave. Bike racks, grills, and picnic tables are available for use outside of the three primary unit entrances. With onsite parking for 2 cars, a great location in proximity to the center of town and the Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, and accommodations for ten people, this vacation rental is a great choice for anyone. Exquisite dining options just off nearby New Jersey and Pacific Avenues include Alfe’s Italian Restaurant, Comercial Mexicana, Cattle ‘n Clover Irish Pub, Dragon House Chinese Restaurant, and for a quick bite, the new Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. My girlfriends and I came to Wildwood for the Barefoot Country Music Fest. We found this rental on VRBO. It suited our needs, the place was clean, close to festival. It was a little further of a walk than we anticipated, but not too far, about a 10 minute walk. It had everything we needed for our long weekend.

A quiet location within walking distance to the beach

We stayed Aug 2023 as two families with 4 children ranging from ages 1-19. It was perfect for our families. Far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings and approximately a 10 minute straight walk to the boardwalk/beach. The host was extremely fast at responding to all my questions before and during our trip. The home was just as described. Bedding/towels were there when we arrived. The bedrooms were the perfect size with one having 2 queen beds to accommodate 2 adults and a child. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We met the maintenance man during our stay and chatted for awhile. He was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning for years to come. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Cute and clean, quiet neighborhood, close enough to beach and our baseball tournament

Property managed well, check-in and out was easy. Cute and clean. Unit C and A connect via a door in the kitchen. Nice feature if you have a large party. Stove in Unit C needs replaced as it set off the fire alarm several times. Wasn’t sure about the neighborhood, but it was very quiet.

Great Stay!

This was a lovely spot for a large group of people. The adjoining door to both condos was great to help ensure everyone had a space to sleep, but allowed us to still all be together. Sheets were provided, but no blankets so be sure to bring those and extra pillows.

Everything went smoothly. All instructions for check in and check out we clear and easy to follow. The place was clean. Rooms were adequate. The looking was a nice size with plenty of seating for our group.

Clean place. Linen company very friendly and quick to respond. Description was a little obscure for us. This is a 4 bedroom with 5 Queen beds. (1 room has 2 beds) living area has two futons. Two baths. Decent enough place to lay your head at night but bring blankets. Sheets provided but no blankets.

The location is not far from the beach. 15-20 minute walk depending on who is walking. The facilities are basic, but has what you need. We had nine people and was good for two nights.

Stay at 320 W. Oak Ave in Wildwood, NJ

The property was conveniently located near the beach and the bay area , parking was great, and the reservation, check-in and departure processes were smooth. There was plenty of space for a short getaway for my 6 friends and II, however the property itself needs improvement. The rugs in the bathrooms and throughout the unit were filthy dirty, the futons were not comfortable for sitting or bedding purposes., and the hall bathroom was not well designed (placement of toilet too close to the sink, and very small shower). Night stands and lamps in the bedrooms should be updated/replaced. I would probably choose not to stay at the location again, but am open to exploring other Vrbo locations.

Unfortunately the hallway leading up to the condo had a horrible smell. It was way too far to the beach and boardwalk. We spent too much money on parking. Also…the one shower is way too small for an adult. I just really made the best out of it but was super super bummed. First and last time using vrbo. One star

A nice place to stay

it was a great location for the family, very nice and very clean. My only wish is that they had pillows. I didn't realize i needed linen until last minute but usually the places I stay that require linen have bed pillows.

Great place

Apartment was great and very spacious. It’s down the street from boardwalk, a little bit of a walk, which was fine. It was great to have a grill and benches outside also. Any questions we had were handled quickly and very professionally. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Flat

It was perfect for our group of seven friends. We had accommodations to cook two nice family dinners. The TV had a lot of channels. Pretty good distance from the beach. Street parking and a driveway. The landlord was very nice and accommodating. It was a great vacation. I recommend this property

Nice!

Nice overall. We had an issue with the noisy guests next door. I addressed it with the owner and she was extremely apologetic and went out of her way to make it up to us..... the building seems to be an older building but nicely decorated and clean...... I would stay there again..
