Unfortunately a nice place that I would happily have returned to if I had not witnessed a terrible employee interaction during breakfast. It was simply not the way to treat a person. I don’t leave bad reviews unless I reach out and see if management will fix. I sent a message and got a very dismissive reply.

Nothing of what we expected! Devastated 💔
We arrived about 9:30 p.m. to settle in from a long trip with our niece that was coming to start her 1st year of College and to our surprise the room floor was dirty. We requested a vaccum from front desk and the vaccum didn't work. We were exhausted and decided to rest. Come morning we realized that there was many things wrong, the toilet up stairs was not working, the applicances were not properly cleaned, and more! We had appointments to keep for our new student college orientation that there was no time to deal with our room crisis. There were men outside who were drinking, my daughters felts unsafe. One guy was outside sitting in the grass in the dark. It was an awful experience, our room smelled bad, we were put in the back of the building where the entry way up the stairs was dirty with tree leaves and snails walking on the guard rails. We were so disappointed 😞 I was supposed to be a family time spent in a clean environment, but we encountered the opposite. I am so unhappy with Sonesta Suites service.

My daughter and I stayed while on a roadtrip. Very clean and nicely set up. Great breakfast selection. Area around was nice and easy to drive. The curry club was so delish!

This hotel had a good rating so I went for it. When we pulled up there was a fight in the parking lot. The front desk called the police. After that we checked in and went to our room. There was a cockroach crossing across the floor and the room smelled nasty. I went to open the slider to get fresh air and there was no screen. We didn’t arrive until 11pm, so we slept there then checked out in the morning.

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The suites could use some cosmetic upgrades, but it provided adequate space for our family. The only thing that was a negative, we never got the crib that was requested when the reservation was made 2 months in advance. Sometimes as management you have to take more initiative. If after the second night a crib still wasn’t available, go purchase one because obviously it’s needed and you can make the customer happy. Things happen though and you have to roll with the punches. We would stay again but would bring our own pack and play next time.

I was misinformed about the price of the deposit. I was told after I already booked and paid for the reservation that I had to pay an additional $250 which I was not prepared to do so because I wasn’t aware ahead of my reservation
