The resort is nice and we stayed in the penthouse suite with a pool on the balcony which is great for kids and time out of the sun/away from crowds. Couple of things that made this stay frustrating especially if youre traveling with kids: 1. The buffet has alot of food options but very few for kids for lunch and dinner. Also, if your kids like virgin strawberry daquaris and chocolate ice cream, i would suggest setting their expectations low because they are always out of those options. 2. There is not enough seating for normal breakfast and dinner meal times at the buffet and they run out of food. 3. GOOD LUCK getting a reservation at one of the restaurants for dinner. The line to book a reservation for dinner is at least 30 minutes long (1 person booking reservations and even though theres an app that says you can use to book dinner reservations, you cant) and they fill up within an hour of when you are allowed to stand in line to make them. So, if you dont want your vacation time waiting in line, you only have the buffet to choose from (see 1 and 2 above). 4. There are arbitrary rules enforced for some on some days and not other days. You just have to experience it to figure out the rules which can be super irritating in the moment. The rules also change based on who is working to enforce them. Overall the vacation was fine but not worth the money i spent and definitely not the Hilton experience i am used to. Probably wont book again unless there is a really great deal.

Ocean front was more expensive then ocean view. Our view was blocked with hut or buildings while friends in ocean view were higher floors and could actually see the ocean. Our 1st room had broken furniture. Emptied trash cans, no rug as advertised. Got room changed. Nicer. Still could not see much ocean. Stairway to room dirty and glasses left on ledges for days. Coffee in mornings was usually out at several stations. I have never given a bad review and had I not been there with 16 other family and friends to keep it enjoyable I would probably rate a 1. All restaurants were closed a couple days a week and we had a few wait staff rude.

The room as soon as I walked in was amazingly clean and needed for nothing. Staff in every area especially the Bar by the pool all amazing. We had a standout Bartender her name is Chunaliese took such great care of everyone not missing a beat. Always providing a smile and ready to serve. Not to mention the rest but they all came together to ensure we were all taken care of. The snack shack by the Beach standout staff Nancy amazing made sure we had what we needed made sure cleanliness of th4e area. I truly enjoyed this resort and will revisit. The buffet food was quite outstanding. My only issue was making reservations to the main restaurants which availability will all fill even before the 10 AM opening and we can only reserve the day before and hope there were openings. Thanks goodness the buffet food was amazing. The reservations do need to be streamlined a little better.

A big highlight was the buffet. After we tried unsatisfactorily to book any of the restaurants in the hotel, we decided that we would give a shot to the buffet. It was our best decision. We cannot speak for the quality of the restaurants (the one you need appointment in advance). The variety of the food; fresh ingredients; flavory; tasty; clean; well served; and most importantly, the friendliness of the employees, make the buffet an option that we highly recommend. No regrets at all. 10 points for that.

Great stay no complaints. Food was good. Trick to booking restaurants book at midnight the previous day, got in every time. Buffet food was good no complaints. Curaçao is very safe to wonder out and no one trying to sell you stuff 7 days and not one person asked to buy something. Definitely coming back again, our best trip in the Caribbean islands so far.

The staff was very helpful especially Suki at the front desk, Carletta at the seafood restaurant and Dev at the swim up bar. The one thing I did not like and was a major issue for me was reserving dinner on the app. It never worked and the desk to reserve was only open from 10am to 4pm so if you have an early morning excursion forget about it. This was my biggest issue and likely why I wouldn't do an all inclusive again.
