The amenities were terrible you had to make dinner reservations the day before and they were always booked up. The food tasted terrible the staff was rude there was construction everywhere. The facility was not maintained. A guest was injured by two flying beach umbrellas. With all this construction we still had to pay full price for our stay.

The resort property itself was ok and in a good location. However the very limited staff were rude and were too busy talking to each other to wait on you. The food was unbareable. There were never any forks or glasses for drinks. You had to hunt them down yourself or wait Untill they decided to bring out more. If you ordered a coke they would just say we’re out. You had to go to each bar station on your own to see if you could find even a coke. Buffet restaurant served both resorts and was always dirty. No one cleaning off dirty tables except the pigeons. I am a Hilton honors member and Hilton should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this resort.

Very bad customer service, the room had a noise that was not from the air conditioning, I asked for help but no one did anything like the workers ignored every request, the food was never sufficient for the customer, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had great time at Mangrove Beach Corendon! Food was delicious, staff very friendly, beautiful beach! The resort is great for families! Not too many things going on at night for travelers looking for some night life 😉. Rooms were clean, well maintained & air conditioned. I loved the fact that resort is not too big and everything is close by: the pool, waterpark, the beach, restaurants & bars.

There was a lot of construction going on in the facility. Redoing the decking around the pool. And they were doing construction on the first floor right beneath us that began at 8am. You also had to wait for a ling period to get a drink at any of the bars. They were understaffed.

This resort should change its name to the Coredon We don’t care and don’t bother us. The resort is dirty. The food is horrible and the staff couldn’t care less. One night I asked for the General Manager and was told that patrons don’t get to talk to the Manager. I have been to at least 10 all inclusive. This is by far the worst. Hilton Honors will be hearing for us.

It was an ok experience for a budgeted all inclusive resort. The buffet food was trash slimy & even spoiled but the restaurant's food was good. There was no robe in the rooms as was advertised. Don’t leave food down in ur room or ants is gonna take it over. Don’t leave food at the restaurant or pigeons gonna fly & pick it. The staff was okay and overall it was an okay experience.

Our room was nice. It was clean & everything worked. We did not encounter the house cleaning staff, but everyone was pleasant. We were a bit disappointed with the bars & restaurants. No bar service at the pool, & no blended drinks. Reservations for dinner were difficult & the food marginal. Also restrictions on what you could order. Very noisy & busy with way too many unsupervised kids at the pool.

This is the best hotel! I will definitely come back here again. The food is fresh and delicious, the beach is clean, the room is spotless, and the staff are polite and friendly. Most of the guests are Europeans - impressively courteous and well-mannered people. This is the most comfortable place for me and my family. Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting, terrible management — not worth the price I booked this trip at Mangrove as a birthday gift for my widowed mother, hoping to lift her spirits. Before arrival, the hotel emailed asking how they could make our stay special. I replied explaining the occasion, but no one ever responded. I also emailed about car service and was ignored again. For a resort that presents itself as luxury, the lack of care and communication was disappointing. The room was beautiful, but the service was consistently poor. We had to ask five times for bottled water (the mirror even warns not to drink tap water), and each time staff said “they must have forgotten.” The in-room phone and WhatsApp number for assistance were useless — no one ever answered. Dining was the biggest letdown. You must reserve all restaurants, and the only slot we got at the Turkish restaurant on the RIF side was 9 PM. When we finally sat down, 75% of the menu was unavailable. As a vegetarian, I was left with almost nothing to eat besides a tiny salad. My mom’s drink was forgotten six times, our food arrived after everyone else’s, and her dessert — melted ice cream dripping off the tray — was still served while others got proper dishes. It was careless and disrespectful. Throughout the stay, bars constantly ran out of basics — beer, mint, lime — and staff just shrugged. For an all-inclusive, that’s unacceptable. Mangrove is a beautiful property, but the service and management completely ruin the experience.
