Dear Customer Service Team,
I hope you are well. I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the service my family and I received during our stay this past Saturday. We were visiting to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, but several issues made the experience very disappointing.
Our check-in was delayed until 4:15 PM, and when I asked the front desk representative for updates, her attitude was dismissive rather than helpful. I was told the delay was due to the marathon, but this did not explain the lack of communication.
The refrigerator in our room was also not refilled daily, which required me to request refills each day while traveling with two minors. In addition, one of the security guards followed my daughter and me to check our bracelets, which made us uncomfortable even though we were wearing them.
These issues made what should have been a special celebration unnecessarily stressful. I respectfully request that you review my concerns and provide an explanation and appropriate resolution.
