The hotel was just okay, I was expecting more from a Curio, much less a Hilton. Lighting is poor, AC unit isn’t the easiest to work or “keep on”. The restaurant choices or quality were okay. Main dining hall, the ceiling fans were not working, a lot of flies.

As a Diamond hilton member this was such a waste of my money and pto. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. Everywhere has leaks, rust or broken elevators. The food is terrible, the best thing we had was chicken nuggets. There are flies everywhere, fans in the dining areas but they are broken so we were constantly fanning the flies and pigeons away. I was in such disbelief and discomfort the whole time. If it wasn’t a family trip booked with multiple rooms i would’ve definitely left and went somewhere else. Do not waste your money. Also don’t even bother arriving early, we arrived at 4 (check in time) and wasn’t given a room until almost 5p.

Very nice hotel, everything is close in the hotel. Beach, pool, lobby, less than a minute walk from your room. The only thing I didn’t like and why it’s not 5 stars. The pool/beach area as well as the buffet doesn’t offer waiter service. Otherwise, very clean hotel, we had a great time!

This was the worst resort I have visited in my travels. 1. The staff do not care to assist to make your stay a pleasant experience. 2. The food is horrible - it’s not warm when it’s brought to you and the staff can care less if you ask to get it warmer. 3. We got there on Wednesday and they were dog pop on the grounds - we left on Sunday and it was still there - no one washed it away and the guests had to walk around it. 4. This happened to be an all inclusive resort- we tried the Italian restaurant and were told we can only order the pasta or the meat - not both. This was the first time at an Italian restaurant that I was told you can only have one of the other - if you ever went to an Italian restaurant you have pasta first then the meat. 5. One of our friend ask for an iron and waited 1 hour at the front desk for it - when he told the receptionist at the front desk he will have to complain to the manger the respond was “I do not care what you do”. The Hilton name on this resort is not a good look for Hilton. Please sort this out and really do something about the staff and teach them about customer service.

Stay was ok. The rooms we quite spacious but the service was terrible. The staff was quite grumpy, wouldn’t smile or wish u good morning or anything. To get room cleaned you had to tell them multiple times and there were still days they didn’t service the room. No one would pick up the phone so you always had to make the trek down to the reception. Food was ok but didn’t feel hygienic enough so even though it was an all inclusive, we ended up getting some of our meals off property

The resort was nice enough. My only negatives were the staff was a bit lazy. Had to ask several times for a drink etc while they chatted and on their phones. Not every bar has the same beer , none of the bars made frozen drinks. When in the Caribbean you want frozen drinks. The biggest disappointment was the beach or lack of. It was more jetties with rocks and waves hitting against a very small area. Pictures of the resort shows a beach that is 40 minutes away.

The staff was not that friendly; Check in time was not at 4pm; fire alarm kept going off. need to have a better DJ that play a variety of music at pool side. cleaning staff needs to clean not just make the beds. The beach area was nice. There were enough chairs for everyone. The seafood restaurant was good; Buffet had a variety of food for everyone.

I loved this hotel. The room was so spacious and super comfortable for 2 adults and a child. The services were amazing and super friendly staff everywhere. The only negative thing was my room was next to the elevator and when guests late night would come to the floor they were screaming, but again this is not hotel’s fault it is the people. Just don’t book your room next to the elevator. The rest you will love it. I would go back for sure. The water park was the best for my kid.

I traveled with a group of 11, 3 children and 8 adults, and overall, we had a wonderful time. However, there were a few issues that left us a bit disappointed. My room was clean and comfortably cool, but the other two guest rooms were noticeably warmer and humid. My sister contacted maintenance twice about the AC, and while it improved slightly, the room remained too warm. Housekeeping was solid; although we opted out of daily cleaning, they provided fresh towels and toilet paper daily. The buffet had a great variety and was consistently good. In contrast, the restaurants felt like they were rationing portions, and options were limited. Making reservations was also a hassle. Bar service was extremely slow—waiting 15 minutes for one drink was frustrating. I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts and never experienced bar service this delayed; more staff would’ve made a difference. The beach at the resort was rocky and murky, which was disappointing, but Curacao itself has some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. We rented two cars and explored local beaches with clear waters, including the famous pig beach! The water park was a hit with both kids and adults, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and multilingual (Spanish, English, Dutch, and the local language). The hotel is well-maintained and modern. Despite a few drawbacks, we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
