✔️ AC Filters - especially if you have allergies

Check in was GREAT - due to Alison's energy and friendliness. The grounds were nice. However, the air quality was bad. The air vent at the entrance was disgusting (wish i had noticed sooner). To make matters worse, the vents and filters to the HEATING/AC UNIT in the sleeping area was horrendous. I couldn't figure out why i was having issues breathing every time the unit kicked on. I finally checked the vents and filters... absolutely disgusting! The one in the common space wasn't nearly as bad, thankfully. The hallway carpet could use a little cleaning as well. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room looks nice.

We got the two room, king bed, queen sofa unit which included a kitchenette and two bathrooms. This was amazing! Our room 1101 was very quiet and near to the office. The room and fixtures were quite beautiful and look very new. They provide the usual toiletries along with dishwasher pack, dish soap and sponge. Both the king bed and the queen roll out were comfortable. Air conditioning was fully functional and there was enough hot water for everyone. We were able to park very close to our room on the first floor and the room was very easy to access. We were pretty far from the pool but we did make it there. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, however all but two of the hot tub jets seem to be broken and the water is warm but not really hot. The staff was helpful and nice during our stay. If you book through Expedia you will not pay the $20 resort fee until you get there, but Expedia did tell us about that. The only negatives to mention are that the coffee maker in 1101 has a broken button, but we found a way to make it work and the master bathroom floor needed to be mopped because it had spots on the floor that were clearly from the last guests. The carpets in the unit appear to be clean but if there was one remodeling upgrade I would suggest for the hotel it would be solid floors throughout, instead of carpet. The positives of this place far outweigh the negatives and we would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.

Worst hotel staff I have ever encountered

Worst staff ever. Don’t stay here!!!! Plenty of other hotels in this area. Called to say my GPS said I’d arrive 2 minutes after check in closed at 11PM that rainy night. They adamantly refused to wait. I arrived at 11:02. Lights off, locked, phone unanswered. No way they even waited until 11. I’d have seen them leaving or running to their car as I drove into lot before 11:02. Don’t stay here!!!!!

10 out 10 i would recommend.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The pool was staffed and had towels. The hot tub was amazing. The only thing i would change would be the shower head in the master on suite.

There was no game room; it was checking out board games. Also, to get towels, I had to speak with the manager because it was not requested on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. First time that towels had to be upgraded. Go figure!!!
