One bedroom unit was spacious and we appreciated the kitchen. Bed was comfy. However, there was NO SOAP in either bathroom (out of soap, sorry), only one coffee plug for two days, ONE dishwasher pod. TINY bottles of shampoo. Must bag any trash, load and run dishwasher, turn off all lights, I.e., no maid service at all. In addition to listed room price, there was an additional “resort fee” per night. RESORT amenity was an outdoor pool no one was using in mid-September. No little convenience store. No ice in 3rd floor ice machine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Patriot Inn because of it's location (plenty of places to eat...with a wide variety of restaurants), pleasant and helpful staff, our room was quite large with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms and the entire grounds were relatively quiet. Only unusual things were their limited housekeeping ( only get clean towels 3 days a week) and they were out of hand soap during our 4 night stay so we had to purchase our own.

The kitchen and rooms were as advertised and had what we needed for the cooking we did. Comfortable bed, nice A/C. The only thing missing was soap for our bathrooms.

We had a great stay and would return here next time we visit. A++ for cleanliness - absolutely fabulous job of the room being clean and even the hallways smelled 'fresh'. Having the option for fresh towels only on M/W/F was ok, since this was declared at the start of the stay. I wish they had a small coffee service in the lobby in the mornings.

✔️ AC Filters - especially if you have allergies

Check in was GREAT - due to Alison's energy and friendliness. The grounds were nice. However, the air quality was bad. The air vent at the entrance was disgusting (wish i had noticed sooner). To make matters worse, the vents and filters to the HEATING/AC UNIT in the sleeping area was horrendous. I couldn't figure out why i was having issues breathing every time the unit kicked on. I finally checked the vents and filters... absolutely disgusting! The one in the common space wasn't nearly as bad, thankfully. The hallway carpet could use a little cleaning as well. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room looks nice.
