We stayed here only one night and were pleased with our stay. The AC blew nice and cold all night(something essential for any Texas stay!). The room was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels, bottled water, coffee, and dishes. I greatly appreciated the communications I received via text before, during, and after our stay. This would be a great place to stay as a group or party for an event!

Minisplit AIR CONDITIONER was exceptionally quiet! Silent actually!! So different from a normal hOtel room AC. NOone stomping abt above ur heads or down the hall. No HALL!! LOVELY QUIET PLACE outdoors on the creek.

Peaceful and serene! Super quiet area. Me and my husband traveled with other couples we had our privacy and the fire pits gave us a place to hang out and visit! Will definitely stay again. Rooms were clean and grounds were well manicured. Super easy check in and out.

The property is fun and also peaceful with lots of amenities. It’s easy to access and close to town. The grounds are well kept and the staff is very responsive. One tip if you’re renting one of the RV’s; get the unit number so you know which one you rented. It was a not exactly intuitive and I couldn’t find it in my reservation or on the text info provided for check in. Each RV has a name and I couldn’t recall which was which. My bad for forgetting which unit was pictured on the site when I booked! The staff was very responsive when messaged. The RV came with dishes and utensils for cooking, had a nice hot (but small) shower, and a comfortable bed. I’d probably rent a cottage next time. RV living wasn’t my favorite thing but it was cool to try it out.

Roaches crawled on my husband’s arm. Killed one the other one got away . A/C working but too loud Bathroom light only one sensor working Ventilation fan not working Many vacant rooms,but they gave us small Airstreams Left 1am. We did not know we will be in tiny Airstreams

Great room. Virtual front desk was a problem when there were no extra supplies in the room. Had to call their 877 number to find where the “supply closet” was. Parking was not convenient, although available. Had to walk a way with all our bags. Tv never could connect to our streaming account. Nice pool a few blocks away at the sister property.

Very quiet, rustic old ranch feel. The facility was clean, staff response to any needs was immediate. The use of the pool at their sister property just a 2 minute drive away made it very enjoyable.
