Disgusting Hotel! Do NOT stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place was absolutely disgusting!! When we arrived at the hotel, the hall way smelled horrible. But we had no idea at that time what we were in for. When we arrived, we always look at the sheets and mattress to be sure there aren't bed bugs (we always do this). And unfortunately what we found was disgusting! There were MULTIPLE blood stains all over the mattress pad, and stains all over the sheets. It was beyond words. When we called the front desk, the girl whom answered said she was working alone and "IF" she had time to get around to changing our sheets she would. Then a few min later a man showed up with 1 set of sheets, not folded.. balled up and said we could use those. They said they didn't have time to put them on for us. That is actually when we completely stripped the bed and mattress pad to see more blood stains on the actual mattress. We were so grossed out, we left the hotel and had to book a 3 day stay elsewhere last minute. We wanted a refund, and was refunded for 2 of the 3 nights. But they refused to refund us for the 1st night. This is the LAST place you will want to stay!!

Bullied out of our room before check out. I was told checkout was at 11. I put the do not disturb sign out so my kids could sleep while I ran an errand. At 10 the door was pounded on and they were told rudely to make sure they were out on time. At 10:30 when I talked to the lady, rather than apologize, she yelled at me and told me that people leave their don’t disturb tags out so she has no way to know if we are still there. 1) we had not checked out. 2) it was an hour before checkout. She violated our privacy and peace and then screamed at me as if I was in the wrong. They were cleaning the rooms on either side of us at 10:30 so it was pretty obvious they wanted us out so that they could clean the room. If I paid for the room until 11, I should have the room until 11. Without being disturbed.

The only reason for a low star rating for outside is because it is hard to tell where to go since there are 2 hotels in the area that seem to share the parking.

Good budget hotel.

The check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. The room was clean and acceptable. The only negative experience was that the air conditioning unit was making grinding noises, making it hard to sleep. Also, the desk telephone in the room was not working. Although there was not a pool, I was not necessarily expecting it at this budget price.
