This hotel is right on the river and river walk. We recommend room 400 with river and city views on 3 sides.

Very convenient and walkable for going to Live Oak Pavilion. Property was fine, but we had two cars and were only able to park one at the property. The people at the front desk said it was on the website, but I did not see it when I was making reservations. Other parking was located nearby, but it was not as convenient.

Charging $240 a night for this hotel room is criminal. It’s an $80 room at best. Horribly outdated, permanent musty smell, and the tiniest bathroom ever built. Staff were great and the breakfast was delicious. But not $240 worth.

The whole stay was great. The room was just what we wanted. Cozy and a nice view of the river. The breakfast was great and there was so much to choose from. My wife loved the waffles. Overall it was a great experience and we’d stay there again.
