The desk staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are fine and clean and the location is perfect for both going to the beach and heading to the shops and restaurants in downtown Wilmington. The only negative is that the walls are a little thin and it's easy to hear people in the next rooms (especially if they are loud) but otherwise this is a fine and nice place to stay in the Wilmington area.

I would not stay here again. There were stains on the chair in the room so we couldn't sit on it. The hotel smelled like an old mop. The bed was so hard, I should have just slept on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for me & my husband.

Sweat the night away and pay for it too!
We had no AC that was working. All it did was blow cool air, it never cooled the room to a temperature that was comfortable. The beds were lumpy and not comfortable the pillows were worse where your head sunk, they had no support. The beds sat on a solid metal so when you stood near the bed or go in or out it made a clanging noise! All I will stay is that it wasn’t a great night at the “Quality Inn”!

worst experience i’ve had staying at ANY hotel. there was some domestic violence happening a room over from me not even 20 mins into my room. got woken up SEVERAL times that night from people knocking on my door and trying to actually open it to get in, the last knock was at 4am… smh just awful
