We have stayed here many times before and been happy to return. This time we stayed for two nights. The room was not made up, clean towels etc at all during our stay. The electronic room key had been deactivated after day one requiring reissueing following a trip back down to reception. We are both disabled so not easy. No apologies indeed quite surly. Not a credit to you. Need to get your act together re staffing Brian

No hotel seems to take any notice of reviews so I don't bother doing them, I have been staying at this hotel for over 5 years and my feeling is that it has deteriorated over this time. The reception staff see you as an inconvenience, the bar staff are more interested in chatting with the locals.

Hotel staff were good. Hotel itself slightly shabby. Lift couldn’t stop on floor 2 going up but would on going down. Wood in corridors and rooms scratched. Breakfast hot food server was broken. Temporary rig set up in dining room. It was ok and convenient for the price.

Stayed here as due to fly early the next day and a lot of snow was due overnight The hotel turned out to be very nice as was the evening meal Staff very friendly and helpful will stay here again
