* Detached casita is on owner occupied property and there is one other 2 person rental unit on property that has access to the hot tub and sauna.
Discover the beauty of Aravaipa River and canyon from this king bed casita with kitchenette, AC/heating, Starlink WiFi, and outside patio. The cozy bedroom provides a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring. SHARED YARD includes a hot tub, fire pit, infrared sauna, charcoal bbq, and an outdoor gas skillet.
* This is a remote desert canyon property that can have dangerous and poisonous animals and lots of cactus, please watch your step and be aware of your surroundings. This is also a flash flood zone due to severe rain and a couple of days a year the river is too high to cross. Watch the weather for rain forecasts, I will contact you if i am concerned about the river rising.
