We checked in and it was simple and friendly right off the bat. Going to the room at first we were unsure- the halls were dark and ominous… my son looked at me said “ I don’t know if I like this hotel”. Then we got to the room and it was new and very clean. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Even shared a few laughs with me. The food available in the hotel was delicious and well priced. If you’re looking for fancy, this is not it. But if you’re looking for clean, friendly, family fun… then this hotel is great.

There was a broken window in one of the rooms, found cockroaches in our room. First one in the washroom than one beside the bed. Paper thin walls.
