Staff were so great! Room was clean. Although marked as pet friendly there is really no grassy areas close to take your pet. Additionally, the area behind the building we did walk with the dog was full of litter. Great hotel if you are not travelling with pets.

The exterior of the building is being redone, so we had a challenge finding the hotel as there was no sign in the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe. Many food places close by. Quiet during the night. Hotel is in a plaza with small stores. City around you.

The property was hard to find with little signage visible. Parking was extremely limited due to the pub nextdoor and the loading/unloading area is tiny. All the rooms are on the second floor, yet there is NO ELEVATOR. My partner and I had to lug all our stuff up to the second floor, making several trips with no help. The woman at the front desk agreed to watch our stuff in the lobby while we made these trips, but when we came back for our stuff a minute later, she had completely left. The room was sufficiently clean, for the price, but there is a nasty smell in the stairwell/hallway.

Good room!
Really a pleasant surprise for an economical choice. Very quiet in spite of its location - off a main road intersection and busy parking lot. Air conditioning was quiet and a godsend. Front desk clerk was especially gracious and helpful. We had a restful and very comfortable 2 night stay.
