Rooms are noisy, you can hear garbage bins and truck noise outside and people walking on the floor above. One tv remote didn’t work, wall thermostat doesn’t control heat/ cool unit.. The coffee area and shelves in the room are dirty, dusty and sticky…over all not impressed…Staff at check were not overly helpful, and operate on poor business policies.. obviously they don't look for return customers..will not stay again!

The room was small and simple. The tv was tiny and no cups or coffee in the room. However, it was clean and the rest of the property was nice. The breakfast options were great!!

Internet would not work, no hot water for long enough to run a bath for my kids and room phone did not work. Asked for assistance with the above and it took almost an hour for someone to come up to the room, my kids were already asleep so it was too late. No one followed up in the morning. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Repair the the window professionally
Window whistled all night, called the front desk. They sent a handyman who had no idea how to fix the issue, got no sleep bc of the whiting noise through the window I had to wedge a piece of cardboard too stop some of the noise.
