The staff was excellent. Very welcoming & accommodating. Because of an early flight we were unable to use their airport shuttle service so they scheduled a cab for us and issued a voucher to cover the cost . They also packed a to go breakfast. It was all very kind & appreciated. A nice hotel convienetly located . Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and professional We thought they were great. The only problem I had was when I called the hotel to be picked up at th airport after returning my rental car. The person that answered was asking me about my membership and if I considered extending my stay and some of the promotions they had then when I told him all I wanted to do was get picked up by the shuttle he put me on hold white he checked with his associate. When he came back on line he told me the shuttle would be coming but he was going to transfer me to another associate because there was a special bonus program on to get 500 points Again I told him I just wanted the shuttle to pick me up but he transferred me anyways I told the next person that I wasn’t interested in the promotion and I would not travel to the USA. In total I was on the phone for 5 minutes and all I wanted was to get the shuttle. That was very annoying. Outside of that we were happy with the service we got
