There’s a mouse inside my room in 101!!!!! The switch plate cover was also spoiled! I did not expect anything from the hotel. Photos and in person are the same. But I paid $100.90 for the room with mouse inside???? I guess I need to ask for a compensation from the hotel as I didn’t sleep properly that night!

The property is old I think.. front desk told us smoking and drinking alcohol sn’t allowed but n the hallway we see some guy smoking and drinking maybe that’s the why the place isn’t the smell good…

The hotel is very old, it needs some maintenance. The entrance up to reception smells tobacco/weed. They did not provide any shower gel/soap. They provided a shampoo, conditioner and a very very tiny bar soap. The banket was old and had a reddish stain. The room was a bit cold, staff provided a heater upon request and it was very helpful. Staff was very polite. They have no iron. If you need to warm up your food, ask staff. The hotel is near many services.
