There is mold on our hotel room windows, from our hotel we can see old dirty, bloody mattresses, that are stored behind the pool, our room also smells musty. There is no water pressure coming from the shower either. Check in was alright tho.

Starting to be run down
The hotels quality is very run down, it was however very clean, but door handles were off kilter, with a big hole around the handle for the bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable and caved in the middle, very springy. When I rent a hotel I want a comfortable bed, the rest doesn’t really matter, for that reason alone I will not be going back. The hot tub jets were mostly all plugged and only 3 out of the 7-8 were working. But at least it was very clean

The only issue was the hallway Rug was very dirty and the vending machines, "Even though I wasn't using them", were not kept up very well. Biggest issue was the hallway. Nice room for sure, but open the door to a dirty rug is sub standard.

I had a room with no window which was aweful. Toilet was plugged very embarrassing to use a bathroom that doesn’t flush. Although Restarant on second was very nice the waiter s there were awesome very professional! My bed was super comfortable!

Perhaps the woman checking us in didn't like Expedia, or just didn't like us, so she gave us a room over the pool that had seen better days. Dark, dingy, smelling of chlorine. It wasn't dirty in the room, but it was worn out. The bed was very old and lumpy and wiggly. They may have nicer rooms here, but ours was low end. And the hallway had filthy dirty floors. The poor place has seen better days.

hot water bottle please!
We have stayed on numerous occasions in the past with this hotel. This time our 1989 esque mattress rendered both of us with back pain as a daily occurrence. The lady who checked us in wiped down our cards with cleaner prior to touching them. She also wore gloves and did not inform me that I was allowing a 200$ deposit that would be returned when my room was declared damage free upon checking out. I found her inability to communicate rather distressing. The pool and hot tub are very nice and warm. Someone needs to clean the darn walls as they are very dusty and look very poorly like the storage room you see informally thrown along the side of the third floor pool. It looked messy. I think there are some upgrades to your beds would be nice. Dont tell you renovated when you have had the same damn mattresses since Bon Jovi did the New Jersey tour in 1992. Wont be staying again until they do something with their sleep comforts.
