My family and I loved our recent stay at the Best Western in Winter Haven. We got a great night's sleep and were fully refreshed the next day. Bonus was the awesome breakfast provided by the staff. The kids went gaga over the freshly made pancakes!

It was pretty good. The staff were super kind. However, the bathroom had not been cleaned well at all. There were black hairs in multiple spots of the bathroom. Some were so big I’m shocked that they were missed. The rest of the room seemed pretty clean though.

I chose the hotel because it was close to Legoland. My room was modern and clean. It had all the amenities I needed for a short trip with kids. The staff were extremely friendly and quickly resolved the small issue I had. The breakfast provided was good and there was free parking outside. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel overall.

This was the first time my family travelled outside of Orlando during our vacation to Disney. We were visiting Legoland and so pre booked one nights stay before heading down to Clearwater the following evening. I will certainly be coming back for more then one night next fime and would recommend to others without hesitation. Luxury hotel for the price paid. Well worth the money. The hotel was located in an easy location to find when driving. Ample parking outside with no issues going out and coming back. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel was clean and very spacious as was the room. Worth noting this is a new hotel. Kids loved the breakfast. Legoland is walking distance away (over the road) so was able to leave car at the hotel for the day. Worth noting for UK travellers that my phone was initially connected to AT&T in Orlando (Sky in the UK) which allowed me to get to the hotel uzing Google Maps after which I couldnt connect to any network in the area of Winter Haven. Verizon was coming up as a network but my phone wouldnt allow me to connect to this without registering. Fortunately, the hotel had wifi so I was ok but pretty much had the phone off at Legoland as it became useless. Staff member said he has the same issue. This is not something that is controlled by the hotel but wanted to call it out for other travellers.
