Last Minute Overnight Stay
The check in procedure took a long time (35 minute wait) but it was worth it. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony! We hung out at the hot tub and pool on the 4th floor which was fun! The hotel was a little dated, but we really enjoyed ourselves!

The property was very dated and dirty. Our bed was rock hard and uncomfortable making sleep difficult. The TV often cut out and would not work. The pillows were also old and hard and flat. Overall, not what we expected. If they invested in updating and cleaning the property it would be better.

Overall an average hotel. Hot tubs in public areas weren't very clean, but not too bad. Outdoor hot tub only has a capacity of 6 but the first floor has whirlpools in the rooms which are kept clean. 5 Minute walk from mount Olympus and the indoor pool across the skybridge is open until 11pm which is nice for adults without kids. Friendly staff and they were accommodating for any issues we had.

I regretted that my car can not be left within the parking lot overnight as usual, and it was inconvenient with my friends that we have to look for another parking lot, with that been said, please let us know before the date of pick up, other then that, I did enjoyed the van.

Property looks run down and our room was dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed and we found a oreo on the bed and the sheets were dirty. The only positive was the staff was nice.

We like the jet tubs in the room and the rooms with the balcony’s it’s such a nice view at night. We didn’t like the fact our vacation was over so fast it feels like we just got here.

I like that there was multiple pools. The air conditioner was extremely cold which was great. It was also very close to many attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately they did not have enough staff so check in took a while. Also they do not have someone at the desk 24 hours so we couldn't get any towels or washcloths until after 8am. Our 2nd day I asked for towels and they never brought them so I had to go directly to the laundry room and ask for them. There was never any pool towels available either.

Great Birthday!
Great stay! This is our 3rd time staying here and its always exactly as it should be! All 3 pools are always open too which is a big key factor. Kids loved it!
