Large common area for meeting, playing games, or eating when breakfast was not being served. The pool was somewhat small and very shallow, but the kids enjoyed it.

Poor Shower Condition

Hotel has great service but the shower was falling apart. The foot rest was about to fall off and wasn't useable. The shower door wouldnt shut. The bed was fairly hard.

It’s was fine but not its usual great.

Room was clean, but the beds need updating. You could tell that they weren’t going to replenish breakfast so if you want it get there early. Yogurt and oatmeal was fine but the rest was gone and staff was no where to be seen. They first put us in the wrong room and laughed it off as “my bad” and no other explanation. First time a disappointing Hampton Inn experience.

Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are tiny. No microwave. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. They closed the pool “for cleaning “ at 8 pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT with no communication to guests and the woman working during that time was so rude, she made my 6 year old cry from her nasty attitude and tone of voice. Horrible.
