For two evenings in a row, our cards to re-enter the hotel rooms did not work. I alerted the staff to this.
This was fixed, and on the second occasion, I advised the staff that we were staying until the 4th of October.
On the evening of the 3rd of October, we returned to our room, only to find that the bed was unmade, and there was no sheets or pillow slips, and articles of clothing were removed.
I alerted the staff to this, and I eventually got most of my clothes back, (I'm not worried about the one item I didn't get back), but my wife and I decided to terminate our stay that evening, because it seemed to us that the left arm wasn't letting the right arm know what was going on, and we felt that we were being "mucked around with"
Also, whenever the refrigerator was opened, there was a foul smell coming from it, and we ended up not using the milk that was sup[plied.
The bed sheets were never changed in the time we were there.
I will be seeking a refund for time not spent there.
