Modern, bright and spacious, this newly built townhouse is ideally situated just a short walk to Shell Cove Beach and Killalea State Park. Spend your days exploring Shellharbour Village, hanging ten at the nearby surf beach, or walking along the marina, then kick back at home with a cheese plate and wine in hand on the back patio. Multiple living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms across two levels, as well as free parking offer a convenient and comfortable stay.
This four-bedroom, two-storey home offers a spacious and welcoming base to relax and socialise while you discover the many nearby attractions of Shell Cove.

Coastal meets contemporary with a breezy open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flowing outside to the back patio with al fresco dining. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals including a fridge, oven and stove, as well as other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. Send some emails or grab a quick bite to eat before hitting the beach at the kitchen island or gather together and enjoy a meal at home around the eight-seater table.

In the downstairs living area, a large sofa provides a comfy spot to enjoy family movie night, while the upstairs living area features a corner lounge, coffee table and lamp, perfect for settling in with a good book or catching up on your favourite Netflix series.

Four bedrooms sleep eight guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, pristine ensuite and a second private balcony with lush, grassy views. A second queen bedroom can be found upstairs, as well as another room with two king singles. There is one more bedroom with a queen bed which can be found on the first floor.

In addition to a master ensuite, the home features two other bathrooms, one on each floor. In both, you'll find a shower plus all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer – with the upstairs bathroom also offering a luxurious free-standing bathtub where guests can take a leisurely soak.
