Very convenient hotel. Didn’t like to pay for parking and hot tub was broken

Great resort, beautiful property-only issue was room was cold - aside from that, loved the stay

Super clean and they were extremely accommodating being we got in really late!!!

The front door was malfunctioning and it was very cold, so the staff were all bundled up in the lobby. I felt sorry for them. They fixed it the next day. The rooms were excellent, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The lower number rooms in the 200 range are over the swimming pool and you can hear loud children. It did not bother me, but it could bother some people. The pool closes around 9:00-9:30PM and the noise stopped after that.

Good easy stay for Okemo access. Friendly staff. Salt water pool. Comfortable hot tub.
