I had initially booked a room with 2 queens, and alerted the hotel to the fact we would be traveling with a small dog. They reached out to let me know that particular room was not pet friendly and moved us accordingly We ended up staying in room 146, which is 2-double bed room directly next to the pool and directly underneath a gymnasium that stays open until 11pm. It's also at the front of a very highly trafficked hallway. Given the continuous noise, no one in our family was able to sleep (including the dog), and the staff's response was "oh well." Room 146 would be better utilized as a service closet, and/or flagged for noise issues and heavily discounted accordingly.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. We would have had to walk outside in the freezing weather to get to the pool and hot tub so that was a bust. The people next to us and above were so loud and smoking weed all night so it smelled terrible and I’m pregnant so I was almost puking from it. The bed was SO uncomfortable

Yes, the room was in good condition. We did ask somebody at the front desk if we can get some more coffee, but they never did bring it. Whoever was above us was very noisy. Sounded like they were doing jumping jacks or jumping off the beds. I don’t know the last night they were doing it till midnight

My King no smoking room was clean, no smell, great shower. Very convenient for snowmobilers. Park in back and drive out to trail system. We went Monday - Wednesday. 2/2 - 2/4.

The heat did not work in the room a guy come up and give us a portable heater which was great but it got hot enough I had to shut it off and went to bed and when I got up in the morning it was cold in the room so I had to turn it back on. The reason we went there was because my back was screwed up so we wanted to go in the hot tub. The hot tub was cold a guy came and checked it and said yep it ain't working. We stayed there numerous times and everything has always been great but this time I was not the best.

Rooms are a bit dated but have everything you need and are very comfortable. I appreciated that I had a room in front and could park my vehicle just outside the door. Great WIFI and very nice employees. The restaurant is quite good as well.
