Spend warm summer evenings on the private pier soaking in the dazzling sunsets. There is truly not a better vantage point on the island to experience the marine life and boaters. Young children will enjoy playing in the gentle sound waters by the shore and adults and teens will appreciate the swimming platform that is accessed from the pier. Parking: Parking allows two cars, one parking spot beside the home, one additional parking spot across the street with parking pass. Garage is not included with the rental.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Gas and Charcoal Grills, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Disclosure: This is a family friendly unit in a residential area. There is a year-round tenant in the lower unit. The pier is not boat friendly but can be used for outdoor dining or for swimming access.
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security camera located on the dock facing the swim platform and waterway.
