“Michael” is a magnificent third floor condo that is nestled in the dunes at the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach in Duneridge Resort. This ornate condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lavish décor and offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private ocean front deck! Relax in a chaise lounge by the poolside or play a few matches on the community tennis court. The wide, white sandy beach, accessed by a walkway is one of the most beautiful on the island.

The spacious open living and dining area gives way to a galley kitchen that is equipped with a laundry room. Ceiling to floor mirrors on the dining room wall creates a live action mural of the ocean beyond. Just of the great room is the stately primary suite complete with a kind sized bed. The bed frame is carved wood with marble inlay detail. Truly a bed fit for a king! The primary suite also offers a private bathroom with a shower tub combo, flat screen television, and sweeping ocean views.

Near the entry door you will find two guest rooms and a full bathroom located in the hallway that services these two rooms. The first guest room offers a king-sized bed, while the other guest room provides versatility by providing two full sized beds.

Take a stroll along the water’s edge to Mason’s Inlet to the north where exclusive Figure Eight Island is a stone’s throw away. Whether you are interested in a plethora of amenities or just looking for a quiet place to escape to the coastline - “Michael” is sure to provide the vacation getaway that you have been craving.

The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

We had the best time
This was a very good location and a beautiful overall property with a nice pool and private beach access. It felt secluded but was still close to everything and we would definitely visit again.

Wonderful!
Such a comfortable place to stay!! We loved every minute and will be back for sure! Well stocked with kitchen tools, my only recommendation is to bring your own coffee maker. The one they had there was not ready for prime time, and there were no coffee filters, which you wouldn't typically bring because the type needed is different depending on the style of the machine. I suggest updating the photo to show there are only two patio chairs, but they do have some extra foldable chairs in the closet that were helpful! The beds were so comfy, and great pillows - such a nice place!!!

Fantastic location, overall nice place but needs some updates/cleanliness improvement
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful (can watch the sun and full moon rise over the water!) and the porch is fantastic. However, there are some needed updates. When we tried to do a load of laundry, our clothes came out covered in sand every time (and we didn't put the sand in there) and there were even rust stains from the rusted washer drum so the washing machine really needs replacing. Also, the shower doors had disgusting black mold all around the bottom seams and behind the handles. So the shower doors also need replacing. Everything else was great and if those two things were updated we would stay there again.

Great location, great beach front balcony
Beautiful beachfront location, nice complex, nice pool. Unit and furnishings as depicted in photos except deck furniture (missing chairs). We brought our own folding chairs so it was not a problem.

Needs attention
This property should not be on the rental market until it gets some much needed attention. Blinds are falling off the windows, broken chairs, dirty upholstery, worn out cushions and all very outdated. The rental company service was not good either. Gave us a wrong door code and no code for one door. Told us we had to come to the office to get parking passes but didn’t need them this time of year. The views and location are great but would not rent again.

DO NOT STAY HERE
ThIs property is disgraceful. It should not be on the market as a summer rentable unit. It’s dirty and dated beyond belief. Torn window blinds, mattresses and linens and furnishings that must be at least 25 years old. Dirty walls, carpeting, and furnishings. This unit and everything about it is just disgraceful. Bryant Real Estate Agency who represents the owner will not do anything to try and make your stay better. The complaints from other vacationers about the unit still hold true. The unit smells fowl and I would never stay here again or have any dealings with Bryant Real Estate. There are other rental agencies such as Seascape which are much better. I wish I could post pictures. There is rust on the shower doors, cracks in the tile floors, moldings that are filthy and all chipped. The furnishings are so old that when you sit on them you feel like you’re sitting in the floor. The a/c intake is all rusted. The outdoor patio furniture is dirty and awful. The unit needs to be entirely gutted and renovated. I would recommend Wrightsville Dunes next door. A much more beautiful facility. Our other family members stayed there. Beautifully maintained. They received nice welcoming packages from their host. All we received were very old nasty linens and awful old bath towels.

Great place!
We loved this location, and the view of the Ocean. The pool was great, the place was clean. We stayed less than five days and it was a little inconvenient having to bring our own linens and towels and/or pay for them. Also there are no clear instructions on how to access the beach (have to go through the pool) it was confusing and we had to ask someone. Other than that the place was beautiful, however a few things like others said need fixing or replacement (bathroom shower door in master bedroom, and blinds in master bedroom).

Perfect for a family with kids!
We usually rent a house closer to where the shops and restaurant are are located, however this year we had a smaller group. The condo was reasonably priced and was convenient for our kids. There is easy and direct access to the beach (which is not overcrowded), and also have the option of hanging out at the pool. The condo itself was just as advertised. I saw that other renters had issues with the shower doors, which still were not repaired for our stay and gave us difficulty getting in and out. The furniture style gives it an older, more formal vibe, but it was comfortable overall. We had a difficult time finding our way upon arrival (both locating the condo and how to access the pool/beach) but loved our overall stay, especially the view and sound of the beach from the balcony. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying again!
