The property is beautiful tons of entertainment and great services from the Butler - Maggie and Ramon. The food is good. However, it could use an improvement and the services from the server. They kind of rough sometimes. After all we did had a great time.

Overall it was a great stay. We felt catered to and everything felt special especially with our restaurant reservations. With our honeymoon, our table was decorated with roses for each reservation. Our room was decorated with roses as well. Eric & Jessica were our butlers and they are very hardworking and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Jonathan, one of the managers, really made us feel welcomed and special and helped us make sure that the food was gluten and sugar free. The cabaret show was the highlight of the stay, as we had Jonathan, and several waiters make sure my wife had great dinner/dessert alternatives for her gluten/sugar allergy. The main critical feedback is that it was a bit annoying explaining the food allergy at every restaurant we went to. We felt that this should have been indicated somewhere on our account without having to say it every time. In the cabaret night, they were aware of the GF allergy already. It also would be an improvement if the other restaurants/buffets had more gluten free options. Only on our last day were we made aware that there is gluten free bread at the HELIOS buffet. Most of our wishlist items were in our room already upon arrival, but had to send a few reminders to our butlers for the requested liquor bottles. We were also a bit confused because we saw other people checking in and meeting with their butler to make dinner reservations, but we didn't get that chance upon arrival. Maybe we arrived too late.

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

Nós guesto mucho en general. La comida deliciosa. Los mesreos son de lo más amabale. Juan en Gaucho - Alfonsia en Capricho y Sonia en Chic. Nuestra expedía burtlee Fernanda -DE LO MEJOR! Por ella queremos regresar a este hotel Solamente creo que existen áreas que se puede mejorar, ya que, nosotros estuvimos en la premium experiencie y la verdad…es que por momento no lo sentíamos, Me refiero a que teníamos que estar detrás de housekeeping o el butler de la villa, porque no nos daban esas amenidades. No rellenan el refrigerador con los productos debidos, no nos ponen jabón de manos. Luego, tuvimos pérdidas de tiempo de hasta 1HORA ya que los carritos que utilizan…llegan se llenan dicen que ya llega alguien y es muy molesto, porque hacen los traslados más ETERNOS. Y como que se molestaban si hacías la observación del tiempo, pero… Y sus instalaciones, nos encantaron, pero también creo que remodelar no caería mal o checar detallistas como un teléfono viejo descompuesto en nuestro cuarto. Yo me encontré un pelo en las cobijas (que asco) un espero tenía solo un par de maderitas que lo sostenían . Y el colchón se alcanzó a ver ahorita que salí…disculpa pero que horro! Hasta dije que mejor me hubiera acostado en el suelo. Pero bueno, a todo.

The property was Amazing! My family and I stayed at the TRS side! I upgraded to the bungalow in which was awesome but the downside is the food is trash! We went to every part of this resort and out in town and the best food I had while visiting was Burger King!

Under promised and over delivered. The facility as a whole is so beautiful and pictures don't do it justice and we did an 80 minute massage that was incredible. We mainly stuck to the adults only side but took a couple nice walks down to the other side to feel the beach and check out the rest of the property. Food was amazing, everyone was so friendly and definitely the relaxing trip we needed. Thank you all so much for the hospitality

Very friendly staff, helpful, easy to use app to get transportation, and clean room. The TRS bar Aurum has excellent drinks and a relaxing atmosphere. The beaches were clean and had plenty of seating. The only downside I could possibly see was the restaurants books up fast so it was hard to get a reservation. But that was partly due to me trying to wait for some friends to arrive the next day. Our butler service recommended that we reserve our tables soon and we didn’t. Speaking of butler service, Armando is great at what he does. Overall very good conditions for the price. I would recommend TRS Yucatan!

The property was very large with lots of nice restaurants. The resort credit per room was not what I was told even having Expedia calling the hotel months ahead to confirm. It was a thick coupon book that could only be used for certain services so we were extremely disappointed. Don't count on the resort credit as usable dollars. We ended up not using a single coupon.

Beware! Awful terrible scam hotel
This place is terrible. On arrival we were immediately pressured to upgrade our stay to get premium experience, we eventually relented because the whole process was taking so long and we just wanted to get to get something to eat. Before getting to our room we had to stop again and talk with what turned out to be a timeshare salesman. Finally got to the room at 5:30 and started looking for a restaurant but were told no food available until 6:00 pm, unless we ordered room service which would take 45 minutes. We figured we would just walk around and check things out waiting for the buffet to open. We were appalled by the trash all over in the water, broken railings, dead poinsettias, the place looked very sad. This was not the 5 star experience we had booked and asked the manager if we could check out and get a refund. He said not an option, but here is the representative from hotels.com, she will make everything better. She was at first helpful, but the last straw was when I asked about my resort credit she said oh, yes here is a coupon book for discounts around the resort (with lots of restrictions). I said no, I have spa reservations for the morning and plan to use my resort credit. She said I’ll talk to the manager in the morning, but in the morning both she and the manager said no. We had a very uncomfortable situation with the staff, I wish I had more space to write! We ultimately checked out after so much stress! Be warned!

Beautiful resort, great food I just wish they play more music and activities by the pool area since its an adult only hotel

We loved it! First time at an all inclusive resort and it was awesome! The staff was so helpful and kind! We loved our room with a private pool! Special shout out to our butlers Maggie, Andrea and Ramón they were awesome and helped book our dinners and made sure we were taken care of!
