The hospitality offered by this hotel is extraordinary. Manson, Laurence and Alina made us feel like family. The love, care and attention they paid to our wellbeing and comfort was second to none. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has all amenities you would expect. However what stood out for me during our 3 day stay was the level of hospitality and the staff. The staff went out of their way to help us even with the simplest of questions. They were so attentive and made our stay exceptional. I would like to thank Alina in particular for making our stay in Xi'an so wonderful
