We were staying here during the April 3rd earthquake (7.5). The staff jumped into action to keep safe and care for all guests. We want to commend the hotel for their response in a disaster. Additionally, the hotel was nice, with good amenities. We were not too far from the main area of town. We would love to go back and stay again.

Was very disapointed that we were not allowed entry to the dinner area. The in hotel restaurant refused us entry as they said there was no room for us at the buffet dinner. It was reserved for locals only.

Hualienはあまり惹かれるホテルがなかったものの比較的良いかと思われたので選択。しかし設備は古く朝食のビュッフェもシェフはなんだか陽気ではなくメニューも少なめに感じた(食べ過ぎずにすんで助かったが)。快適ではあったが、価格に見合ったバリューは無いと感じた。夏の観光シーズンだからこんなものなのでしょうね。(ちなみにこの前後で泊まった台北のホテルの方が安くて綺麗なのはどうもミスマッチ感を感じます。)

Property is very run down and very inconvenient as it is not around city centre. Shows that there is free area shuttle but there isn't any. End up spending extra money and time waiting and paying for taxi. Property is old and rather run down as well. Needs major refurbishment soon. Not worth the money paid.

If you have young children, there is no better hotel to stay at! Their pool and sandbox make for great afternoon fun and the playroom is perfect for evenings and bad weather days. The breakfast buffet provides a large selection of eastern and western foods and also vegetarian options. The evening snack is a bonus too. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

arrived the hotel around the normal check in time, room was not ready, was asked to wait 15 minutes but ended up to be 45 minutes, was quite disappointed as the room did not seem to be as nice as expected, seemed a bit aged, overall not so good, the only good thing worth mentioning was we asked for some amenities on the first evening and the housekeeping staff that came to assist was very attentive and nice!

We had a great stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well equipped for families with small children as there is a dedicated play center in one entire wing of the hotel, small gym, business center, lovely outdoor swimming pool with fountain, great buffet breakfast. Really enjoyed our experience here.

Hotel is well suited for families with younger children. The outdoor pool and the indoor kids play area were good for kids. Service was good. However, the rooms really need updating (old carpet, furniture and bathroom).
