The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible. This is by far the best buffet I've ever been to in regards to quality, and quantity. The Bayside Station is an easy 3 minute walk from the hotel if you are trying to make it to the Maihama Station. Overall, an incredible experience with a beautiful lobby.

Our entire experience was very positive. Check-in was great. The front desk employees are efficient and courteous. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed. The PJs are very comfortable and the room amenities were very appreciated. I do understand people's thoughts about their breakfast arrangement. It's a little challenging but we adapted. We had access to the Nikko lounge which was really nice. It's a quiet retreat after a full day at Disney. The employees of this hotel give consistent and professional service. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it.

The Grand Nikko is in the Disney Resort area and just an eight minute walk to the Disney Resort Line transportation monorail. The large hotel is wonderfully maintained and the staff is friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I was very impressed.

I loved this hotel. It's beautiful inside and very convenient for accessing the Disney Parks. I only had 2 issues, that aren't a huge deal, but I'll mention them. 1 - I felt the breakfast buffet was very expensive. 2 - They wouldn't ship my luggage to a Family Mart for my next hotel stay. I should've validated that piece before planning, so it's a minor thing. But, it caused a headache of a day getting from there to Ikebukuro on the train ><. I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast buffet worth it. Kids buffet section basic but appreciated. Chicken nuggets, spaghetti, hamburger. Riding 2 trains to get into Tokyo very annoying especially with little kids. Taxi from tokyo to resort will cost atleast 75 . Pool is not free! $2000 yen per adult. No gym.

Super quiet, good location and close to the Bayside station. Rooms are a bit older, however, kept in decent condition. The sink was plugged and I had trouble getting them to fix it but everything else was fine. I would definitely stay there again.
