A good 3 minute walk from hotel to Kansai Airport T1 is a breeze, I’d booked a 74sqm family room for 3pax and should consider spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately not recommended for light sleeper, as the aircon flicking sound will constantly challenge your patience and make you wanna change another room. I have feedback to the hotel receptionist, they said they will send their men up to fix the noise issue. Hopefully the next guest can have a peaceful recharge.

Excellent- for a night to rest
We only stayed here for one night because our flight were early in the morning on the next day and also this hotel is just right beside the Toyota Rent a car and very convenient to return the car. Besides, the service is excellent that the staffs help us to unload the luggages from the car and brought them to our room… what a service. The room has a good view that I can see the airport and water (sea) with sound proof (cannot hear the plane noise). The room is clean with 2 beds (comfortable) and clean bath room. I recommend this hotel if you have an early or late (in/out) flight that you can take a rest.

This hotel is perfect for early flights with its convenient location. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and it's within walking distance of nice restaurants. Highly recommend!
