Inside, enjoy a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a SMART TV, three generously sized Queen bedrooms, a large functional kitchen, and two bathrooms. The laundry, equipped with a top-loader washing machine, ensures practicality.

Stay connected with included Wi-Fi and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms only. Outside, the expansive backyard, fully fenced for privacy, features a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. Explore the nearby Whiting and Turners Beach, just a 10-minute drive away, or choose from Yamba's array of beautiful beaches. Yamba's main street, with its gift stores, boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants, is also within a convenient 10-minute drive. Linen is NOT provided. Recuperation break
The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre.

Clean and spacious but a little too far out from town
Great space and layout inside but too far to walk/ride to the beach or main town centre. Located at the back of a dental practice but plenty of parking for tenants. Bring your own hairdryer. Couch was pretty stained and one bedroom needs blinds on the glass as it gets really bright in the morning. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. Thanks

The White House
Very white and sparsely decorated, but with adequate facilities. Rear unit behind a dentist. Close to supermarket and coffee shop suited us. Linen not included but easy to hire from Yamba laundry.
