Summary:
Poppy's Place is big living on a beautiful scale. This freshly renovated two bedroom apartment is ideally located directly between the heart of Yamba and main beach and is walking distance to everything you could hope for. It's light and airy with river views and the most incredible sunsets of an evening. Natural light is abundant and so is amenity at this apartment which is generously appointed for easy living.

The Space:
The living area is air-conditioned and both bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans, plantation shutters and comfy beds for blissful evenings. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes for storage and share a family bathroom and separate toilet off the hallway.

The kitchen is fully appointed with full stove, oven, kettle, toaster, Pod coffee maker and kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and detergent for your convenience. The dining room comfortably seats four so you can enjoy family meals in style. There is a weber Q conveniently located on the balcony.

Bed and bathroom linen is provided however you will need to bring your own beach towels. There's a full size washing machine in the bathroom and a drying rack to keep on top of the day to day.

Internet is fast and unlimited and you may enjoy it on the smart TV with bose sound dock.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located at street level for easy access directly off Coldstream St. Park on Coldstream St where the parking is free, easy and unlimited or in the visitor parking off High Street.

The Neighborhood:
Poppy's Place is in the heart of town and in close proximity to all of Yamba's world-class restaurants, bars, boutiques and cafes. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better location than this beautiful apartment.

Great find
Beautifully renovated apartment in walking distance to the main street. Easy checkin and great communication from Kristy. Everything was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Would highly recommend.
