The indoor pool, fitness facility, and sauna are closed every third Wednesday of the month.
Children under 13 years old are only permitted to use the indoor and outdoor pools with parental supervision. Children under 13 years old are permitted to use the indoor pool on weekends only. Guests under 140 cm tall are permitted to use the outdoor swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket.
Guests booked in "no outdoor pool access" room categories are charged fees to access the pool. Entry to the outdoor pool may be limited due to maximum occupancy policy. In case of overcrowding, guests may have to wait to use the pools. Guests cannot pre-book entry to the pool. Up to 2 sun beds per room are available for use in the outdoor pool area (first-come, first-served basis) and some sun beds are prioritized for guests who book exclusive packages. Children under the age of 36 months must wear swim diapers in the pool. Rubber rings must be less than 1 meter in diameter and are only allowed in the children's pool. Access to Urban Island may be restricted in extreme weather conditions.

Guests booking an Executive Level room type are permitted to invite up to 2 non-resident guests to the Executive Lounge during the week (excludes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) for a surcharge. Had a wonderful stay at Shilla Seoul. Stayed here for a total of 3 nights. Before booking, I was debating between Shilla Seoul and another 5 star hotel nearby. I definitely made the right choice choosing Shilla Seoul. The level of service is great from staff to facilities around the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. This is the type of hotel that has night service where they have someone come and set up the room for your for your evening wind down. The proximity is beautiful, massive and isolated from the Main Street. No traffic noise at all. My room faces the city view, which is just as beautiful! I paid extra to play golf, reasonable price. One of the best service they have is shuttle buses that runs every hour to main attraction such as Myeongdong, Dongdaemun etc. Overall I had a great time at Shilla Seoul, will definitely come back again.

Amazing property! Everything is done for the benefit of customer. The pleasant greeting from the door service when you arrive to the front desk, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is a must!!! Amazing food, prepared to perfection, so many choices and it is Huge!!! The property is a little bit of distance away for area attractions, but nothing a simple cab can’t handle. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property!

Shilla staff are extremely hospitable and attentive. Thank you to the concierge who emailed me back every time within minutes to assist with plans. I actually moved my reservation from the original plan at the Four Seasons, because their concierge emails saying their volume was too high to respond to my request for your booking. Shilla buffet is EXTENSIVE with many options for Asia and Western cuisine. We loved the coffee bar and gluten-free options. The pool is a very nice facility with good food and drink options. Heads up that kids under 140cm must wear a lifejacket, which my kids didn’t love, but had fun in the smaller pool without. Even though they say no toiletries, there are large bottles of shampoo, etc and soaps in the rooms. No need to take up space in your suitcase like I did! Decor and shopping in Shilla is very high end. Everyone wearing designer purses and styles. We were more casual but you could dress up as much as you would like. Thank you to the manager and hotel staff for the 5star service.
