‘The Anchorage by the Lake’ is one of the best holiday houses in the region - it is the most perfect lakeside location and everything has been considered for our guests.

About this space
The home is generous in space offering two internal living areas with a further two alfresco areas and spacious kitchen.

The beautiful big north facing yard, backs onto Lake Mulwala and the Chinamen’s Island walking track and the private pool is a ‘wow’ factor feature.

There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a powder room.

Walk to The Sebel Hotel around the waterfront boardwalk.

Play golf on the Black Bull Golf Course.

Walk, cycle, run around the Chinamen’s Island walking track. Water ski, canoe, stand up paddle board, kayak, wind surf on Lake Mulwala.

Take a lake cruise on the PS Cumberoona Paddle steamer.

Take a BBQ Boat cruise up the Murray and be sure to visit Squires winery in Bundalong.

Hire a mini bus and tour the Rutherglen wine region.

Getting Around:
Just 5 minutes drive into the centre of Yarrawonga.

Family weekend getaway
Great spot for a family weekend getaway. Three generations of us all had our own space - together. Pool was a hit with the grandkids.
